What does a Captain do?
Captains are independent people who help customers with local shopping, pickups and deliveries. You review available requests and choose suitable errands before accepting.
How do I apply?
Download Mcket Captain and follow the account and profile steps shown in the app. Complete the information and any verification requested there. The app is where you start your application and follow its status.
Can I start working as soon as I download the app?
Downloading the app starts the process. Complete the requested onboarding steps and wait until your account is ready before accepting errands. Downloading does not guarantee approval or available work.
Do I need to complete Captain Academy first?
If you receive a training invitation during onboarding, use that secure invitation to continue in Captain Academy. The Academy is for invited Captains; reading this page does not enroll or certify you.
Are earnings or a number of errands guaranteed?
No. Available errands depend on live customer demand and your location. Review each request in the app before deciding whether to accept it.
Why does the App Store link say Mcket Errander?
Mcket Captain was previously called Mcket Errander. The website's Captain download links point to the role-specific app, which may still display the earlier name in its store listing.
